Hey there guys and gals, we know you've seen us over the past few weeks posting updates about the backend pool code, and we're excited to let you know that along with those updates, we have also been sacrificing all of our available free time to come out with a brand new website design to go along with all of the pool server updates! Yay!

We'll be putting the new site design live in the next 48 hours, but we want to get some initial feedback before we force it upon you (ala Facebook-style), so we've got it up and running at: https://www.bitcoinpool.com/v3/

We're testing some new multi-threaded notification code to make emails go out quicker, and you may notice some duplicate emails for block solve notifications have gone out. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and the issue should be resolved now.

The House voted for CISPA, and the Senate is next.  CALL YOUR CONGRESS PERSON AND TELL THEM TO VOTE NO ON CISPA!

    Our payment engine keeps dying randomly in the background on the server.  We're looking into why that is and a possible quick fix to monitor it and restart it if nessesary.  As a result of this, everyone got paid a few hours late today.  Sorry about that.  Hopefully this shouldn't happen again.

We're doing some maintenance and updates on some of the primary and secondary functions of the pool. You may have already noticed some changes with pool functions that have been updated to be optimized for larger server loads and increased scalability, and more optimizations are currently being worked on.

While we're working on these changes, some functions may be down intermittently. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and all functionality will be restored within the next 24 - 48 hours, if not sooner.
